So what can you buy for them? I mean, toys don’t work XD Well, unless you guys are working on toy R&D or some sort.
Here are some suggestions I can give for the gift ideas for your partner in crime, I mean, business.
The cliché one, Pen
Let’s start with the classic, a pen.
That’s right, a pen.
A signing pen is important for a boss who signs documents in daily basis.
A pen with good and comfortable grip, nice flow of ink, is definitely a good companion when you out for business.
Not to mention, taking out a luxury looking pen when you are going to sign a document look quite cool too 😀
What? Your friend already have his own pen?
Worry not, try gimmick pretentious another pen!
For example, a pen carved out of wood, or made out of glass etc.
They may already have an everyday-carry-pen, but how about the pen they leave / display on desktop? 😉

You can always just buy your business partner a meal. Make it a slightly luxury one of course.
If you guys are always talking business on lunch or dinner, perhaps try to have a proper meal together, and by proper I mean no work involved.
If you or family member can cook, invite them to your house for a dinner is not that bad of an option, at least you guys can enjoy a meal not in a work environment.
I mean, who doesn’t like tasty food?
Go have a lunch at some fancy restaurant that you usually won’t think of during work hour.
Just remember not to involve business or work in the meal 🙂
The totally overused idea
If you think picking a pen, a notebook, or a headphone is too hard for you, or you have the dilemma of picking one,
Then I have a last option for you, the oldest trick in my book.
Get him or her a mug. Yup, a mug, the cylindrical looking thing you put water in it to drink from, that mug.
Oh, I don’t mean a plain mug you get from your local mart. I mean the mug with some personalized customization (say it with an arrogant intonation).
Usually with print on demand, which means you pick a design online that you like, then the seller will print it on the mug for you.
There are gazillion of designs out there, you can head over to amazon and see for yourself. What you see is just a tiny drop in a sea of designs available.
Go browse through the designs and choose one you feel like suit your business partner the most, make it into a meaningful gift rather than “just another mug”.
