84, Charing Cross Road, a movie I haven’t watch, a book I haven’t read.
Just today, my boss asked for my help to look for this book, saying he wants the book…
while showing me a copy of the book.
Of course, the big fat question mark pop up on my head.
Why would you need another while you have one in your hand?
Apparently there are multiple publications of the book.
He wanted an older edition.
Ah-Ha, I see, a collector mind here.
Typing the weird looking book title to search bar,
while admiring how a boss manage to find time to appreciate literature.
First thing popped up on the search, DVD for the movie.
While then, apparently it is also a movie.
Next, came across some book, quite recent one I would say,
Not something my boss wanted.
Running through the results,
there are even version that is adjusted for drama practice.
Man, how good this story really is?
Finally I found the 1st edition, now this should be old enough.
And yup, there is a happy boss in the office today.
Oh, did I forget to mention? There is also audio book XD
Maybe I should look into reading this book too.
